Praveen Kumar Sudhakar
Managing Director
Praveen is the driving force behind Vyuris' AI-first vision. A transformation leader who has delivered more than 100 large-scale operations, automation, and digital projects for major enterprises across retail, manufacturing, and heavy industry, he founded One Step Innovations to bridge the gap between advanced AI and IoT and the practical, everyday realities of industry. His philosophy is simple and firmly held: AI should enhance people, not replace them — automation should take over the routine so human beings can focus on what matters. With Vyuris, he brings that globally-proven playbook home, on a mission to build India's real-world intelligence layer and make Indian enterprises AI-first.
Sudhakar Dasarathan
Executive Director
Sudhakar brings more than four decades of hands-on experience in project management, construction, real estate, and facility management — the physical foundation on which Vyuris is built. Over a 42-year career he has delivered and managed some of the most demanding projects in Indian industry: high-rise developments and IT parks, the five-star Hyatt Regency Chennai, factories for global manufacturers, the Madras Rapid Transit System, thermal power structures built with slip-form technology, and a major crude-oil pipeline. His career spans respected names including Coromandel Engineering (Murugappa Group), Ramoji Film City (Eenadu Group), Ashok Leyland Properties, Shapoorji Pallonji, and Intimate Fashions. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt, and 5S auditor for the Confederation of Indian Industry, he gives Vyuris a rare, ground-level understanding of how India's industrial and infrastructure world truly operates — and what it takes to transform it.

Executive Director
Savitha is a valued Executive Director and investor whose support underpins the company's growth. A dedicated homemaker with an entrepreneurial spirit, she has run small enterprises of her own over the years — in textiles, tailoring, and teaching — and brings to the board a steady sense of values, prudence, and long-term thinking. As an investor and steward of the company's culture, she ensures Vyuris grows on a foundation of patience, integrity, and care — qualities every enduring company depends on.
